Programs and courses
We have postponed our Ayurveda 350 hours specialist course to a date to be announced in the coming months
New 3 days intensive course is programmed for June 2008
3 days Intensive course onAyurvedic Nutrition for Mind Body and soulA Natural Way to maintain health and treat imbalances On June 20th, 21st and 22nd 2008 From 9 AM to 6 PM At: 719 44th Avenue La Salle - H8P 2T7 In our modern society, the majority of us only think of medicine when we "fall ill" and only then we seek treatment. The treatment we normally follow is aimed at fixing something already broken. Western medicine although highly developed, treats disease through invasive therapies such as drugs or surgery which may have resulting side effects. When the patient is already sick, Ayurveda recommends a system of purification with natural ingredients and therapies to collect the toxins that have accumulated in different parts of the body, and then expel them, purifying the body, that together with the use of natural herbs, the right life style, the right way to eat and a conscious way of life will lead the patient back to a state of equilibrium, that is our his natural state (prakruti) and as a result health and happiness will follow. Taught by: Dr. Avinash Lele, Vice Chairman, IAA (International Academy of Ayurveda) surgeon, specialist in Panchakarma and Marma Therapy, he is the author of several articles and books including the 'Panchakarma and Ayurvedic Massage' and Secrets of Marma and; Dr. Mrs. Bharati Lele - Director IAA (International Academy of Ayurveda). She has been working at the 'Atrey Rugnalaya' clinic/ hospital for the last 22 years (recognized for Ayurvedic therapy and for various other surgical procedures). She has done her post graduate studies in gynecology and pediatrics and is author of several articles on Ayurveda Course Program: Friday and Saturday
Price: CAN$ 300.00 - Special price for couples (CAN$ 500, 00). The course is recognized by the International Academy of Ayurveda, and the World Movement of Ayurved and a certificate will be issued at the end of the Course signed by Dr. Avinash Lele.
